How does your pricing work?

Printing Method Pro Tip: If you’re looking to save money, limiting your ink colors, increasing your order quantity, or selecting a different garment style may lower your cost pretty significantly. And remember: When you call us, a real person picks up the phone. Our process isn’t automated because we know our customers want to talk to real, live people. When you look for an Instant Quote, you give us ballpark details and we give you a price—no fine print, no hidden fees.

How quickly can I receive my order?

You’re on a hard deadline and you need your shirts yesterday. If you need your gear in a rush, we’d love to help make it happen— give us a call. We take a lot of pride in being able take care of our customers, and when we say we'll get the job done, we mean it. If you don’t need your custom t-shirts quite that fast, our standard turn around time is 10 business days. We guarantee your delivery date on rush orders because we know how much it means to you! If you need us to print your order in fewer than 10 business days, the following fees will be added to the pre-tax total. 6-9 Business days = 10% 5 Business days = 15% 3 Business days = 25% 2 Business days = 50%

Of course! Picking the right product to print on is a critical aspect of the buying process. How can I add custom names and numbers to my design?

Adding names and numbers to your design is simple with our custom Design Studio. When you enter the studio, click the “Personalize” tab in the bottom toolbar. From there, using the menu on the left-hand side, you’ll be able to input a custom list of names and numbers. Please click "here" to download a document for name and number customization on custom orders.

Can I print trademarked materials?

Unfortunately, that's a big no! We'll go to the moon and back for our customers, but knowingly printing trademarked materials is highly, highly illegal. We love you, but not enough to do hard time! That said, every customer is responsible for ensuring the originality of their design, and we accept zero liability for the printing of trademarked materials. If you're having trouble figuring out a design, or want to create something inspired by a design or look you saw elsewhere, our graphic artists love a good project and are more than happy to help.

Can I select different styles/sizes of garments in the same order?

This is easily one of our most frequently asked questions, and the answer is: Yes, of course!

Can I add multiple shirt colors to the same order?

Absolutely! Just let us know what you are looking for and we'll work out the details. It is possible that certain designs may not work across dark garments and light garments. It's reasons like this that we are here to help you with your needs and keeping your project within budget!

How do you print your custom t-shirts and apparel?

Custom Screen Printing is far and away the most popular service we offer, but we proudly offer a variety of different printing methods that we utilize depending on every customer’s personal preference, type of design, and budget. What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns on customized orders unless there is a printing error that differs from the approved design proof. If a printing error does occur, Twine will happily reprint your order or give you a full refund on your purchase. Are there any setup fees?

Can I use different ink colors on the same design?

We have a $15 ink color change fee. These are charged per instance. We must print at least 12 shirts per ink color to do a color change.

In what file format should I send my design?

We prefer artwork in AI, PSD, EPS, or PDF formats. However, in some cases a large JPG (300+ DPI) will work. Please see our art guidelines for more information.
